Due to COVID-19, we have updated our return policy - at this time, we are not accepting returns. This policy has not been updated because we do not want to take returns, as we have always taken them. However, due to COVID-19 and the CDC’s guidelines, we cannot accept returns at this time in order to limit the transmission of this virus. Our most important priority is your health and your safety. Because of this, we will not refund, credit or exchange during this time to ensure the safety of our customers and associates.

Bad Address
Nutrition Labz is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information. Nutrition Labz is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.

International Shipping
You are responsible for taxes and laws imposed by your country. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is direct responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned package purchaser will be held responsible for shipping costs to and from final destination.
