Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
Products can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States as well as overseas APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
- All United States orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
- Estimated time of order fulfillment is 1-3 business days.
- Estimated time of delivery from when the order is placed is 2-5 business days. During busier times such as sales, holidays, and unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters), we ask our customers to allow 3-7 business days for fulfillment and an additional 6-8 business days for shipping.
- Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order is shipped.
- If your "ship to address" cannot receive a certain postal carrier, please reach out to our support team at support@nutritonlabz.com. for assistance.
- We are happy to offer free shipping to the continental US for order totals over $99. The free shipping qualification does not include sales tax and is after any discounts have been applied. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US protectorates.
International Shipping
Our products can also be shipped internationally.
- Currently, we can ship all of our products to Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, South Africa, and Hong Kong.
- Additionally, we ship all products except for Whey Protein to the United Kingdom and Australia. **Whey Protein cannot be shipped from the United States directly to consumers within the UK or Australia.
- Additionally, we ship all products except for Whey Protein and Strong Omega to Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Switzerland. **Whey Protein and Fish Oil cannot be shipped from the United States directly to consumers within the EU.
- Most international shipments will be sent via FedEx International, aside from lightweight shipments, which may be sent using USPS International.
- International orders may be subject to additional customs fees. Shipping costs charged by Nutrition Labz at checkout include customs, duties, and taxes; however, if additional fees are charged, they will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
- We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout at the time the order is shipped.
- If you do not receive an order confirmation/shipping confirmation email, please reach out to support@nutritonlabz.com.
Order Tracking
- Your tracking number sent via email may not update until the postal carrier
